Check out my grocery haul from Ensogo

Sharing with you some of the grocery items I've bought during Ensogo's flash sales and the 11.11 shopping event.

Okay, it had been my juice-and-chip-dunking madness.

Not that my family consume chips everyday. I allow my kids to eat chips occasionally (just 1 pack or 2 small packs). Friday and weekend are our chips sharing day.

I don't deprive my kids of having a weekend-chips-treat. They are in good health as they eat healthy, nutritious and balanced meal everyday, and even bring milk to school. They consume fruits and vegetables without pressure; and prefer fish and seafood viands.

That is by widening their exposure to food; they'll understand, make better choices and hopefully do good decisions on their own. They know which ones are good for their body and support their health and which are simply fun to eat at the moment.

The more kids are denied of something, the more it becomes desirable and the more they wanted it. Since it's okay with me to eat chips as it helps keep cravings at bay, it's better to purchase it at a discount at Ensogo than pay in full.

Ensogo Philippines has great deals on almost everything I need. The best thing is we can get it at discounted prices, plus free delivery for a minimum spend. I got my boxes in about three days.

So, keep checking the site especially this holiday season! They've got New Arrivals everyday and more great deals coming!

More Info if You Want to Drive a Car

Do you want to drive a Honda car? If there would be a Honda Car Exchange promo sometime this year, it would be a good move to trade in whatever old car model you have with a new Honda car. Well, since I've read about more info about Honda cars, I hope to be able to experience the power of the Honda Accord or Honda CRV in year’s time.

Nowadays, having a car is already a necessity. Since if you have your own car, you'll get to your destination faster. It saves time and it is more convenient than commuting via public transportation.
I always find it more convenient to be in a car than commute in a public transportation.  Whenever we travel to distant places, I spent the time catching up on my sleep since I prefer sitting at the back seat. Those few minutes nap can boost my mood in a good way.

Using a car is convenient, easier and more comfortable than taking the public transportation. It is a daily essential for bringing and picking up the kids at school, getting to work, doing errands and a lot more.  One of the best things is having a space to hold your items as you do you grocery shopping or travel to provinces.  Since you have your own car, you'll get protected by weather conditions. It is very helpful especially during emergency situations like sudden ailments or life-threatening situations. Since you have your own car, you can travel and explore several places.

People always rush for public transportation and the waiting period can waste much time. An hour drive by car can take more than two hours if you're traveling by public transportation. You also have to deal with the hundreds of people waiting for taxi cabs, jeepney, buses and even tricycles.  Better if there are always queues and waiting lines.  If you're riding a jeepney, you also have to deal with those waiting times, dropping and picking up some more passengers.

However cars do not come cheap and there are several things to consider as you drive and maintain your car. But it is still a worthy investment. Sure you have to deal with the high petrol prices, traffic jams and lack of parking spaces, still the benefits that it would bring to your family is good enough.

Help Veterans by Donating Your Car

Most of us have things that we have already outgrown. This could be our clothing, appliances, gadgets or even cars. What do you usually do with these old things that can still be used and are still valuable? Either you sell it, throw it, give it away to the needy or hand it over to other family members. Just like what happened before year 2012 ends. As we prepare for the big move, I had handed over several boxes of clothes, shoes and other things to our house help and threw away some which could not be used anymore. Some of my mom's appliances also went into the junk yard.

Same goes with the old white Nissan box type car that our family had for years, since no one was using it anymore. It was the car that my brother use as he started working, but since he got a company car, the car just spent days at our grandmother's house. Even my cousin used the car for quite some time. This year, the car was sold its cheapest price and had a new owner. Yes, it's still in good condition. If there are organizations that help veterans here in our country, we would have donated it instead. Helping veterans through donating a car is much better.

You can help veterans even without giving out cash or money contributions. Donating vehicles for the benefit of the veterans would help them as they move forward to civilian life. It's good that there are several non-profit organizations in the United States where they can donate their vehicles. I wonder if my uncle had already donated a car for the veterans. Maybe I'll ask him about this since their family is having a vacation here in the country.

If there's a car that you no longer need or use, you can choose to donate it instead. The best benefit it can give you is that you won't go through the hassle of finding a buyer or selling it online. Through this, you'll also avoid the hassle involved in repairing or selling the car anymore. You can look for non-profit organization that helps the veterans in the country like Vets Vehicle. They accept any kind of vehicles, farm equipment and machineries even if it is not running.

Short Sale Houses

Recently, I've been noticing several lots and houses for rent and for sale around the village where we reside. Even my sister takes notice of an online advertisement that one of her classmates house is also up for sale. Aside from that, there are also new condominium projects being developed in the city.

True, it is everyone's dream to have a house of their own. When a friend informed me that she also wanted to have a house of their own, I know in year’s time, their plans would also materialize. What they can initially do is to look out for real estate opportunities such as rent-to-own properties and those houses that are included in short sale like those in Las Vegas short sale listings.

Though owning your own house is not that easy. You have to be knowledgeable and wise enough to deal with all the financial costs, taxes and documents associated with buying and selling. Some initially start out by renting a house, an apartment, a townhouse or a condominium unit, until such time that they found a property in a good location that they can afford to purchase. One should also consider properties that are listed on short sale. This kind of real estate transaction has several advantages as well.

Homeowners who are selling their property in short sale usually avoid foreclosures even if they have to sell the property at a lesser price. It gives an advantage to buyers as they get to buy the property at a lesser cost or under the value of the loan. They could also agree to a favorable financing terms. However, buyers should also be aware that settlement of properties on short sale takes 60 days or more.

Real estate and the buying and selling associated with it seem to be a lucrative investment. If I have enough means, I would be buying lots and build houses for my family. One could also consider purchasing condominium units and have this rented out after the turn-over period.

Understanding how real estate works is always important for both buyers and sellers. To help you navigate through these processes, it is wise to consult real estate professionals and lawyers whom you can trust and who can provide you with all the information you need to complete your property transactions.

Partners Trust Real Estate

Looking at several houses for rent and for sale in the nearby village keeps my interest. However, finding the perfect house to rent or to purchase is hard. There are several factors that need to be considered including all the financial dues associated with it.

Not everyone can afford to buy their own house. Initially, renting a property becomes an option. Renting prepares you for the big move in the next years. When renting, you don't have to spend huge amount of money to live into that house. One advantage is that it gives you flexibility to move if you get transferred in a new location.

If you are planning and are in the middle of searching a property, a real estate broker, like the ones from www.thepartnerstrust.com can make searching easier. It is better to seek assistance from real estate professionals especially if you're a first time buyer can relieve you of the stress associated with house hunting. A reliable real estate agent with property listings in your preferred location is a good start. From there, you can check out the properties being offered and select the best options that best meet your needs. Of course, the property you'll be renting or purchasing should meet your financial budget.

Having your own house is the best investment that you can make. It gives you a sense of security. But, whether you choose to rent or buy a house this year, make sure it meets your needs and complement the lifestyle you want. Paying for the property is the hardest part you need to prepare for. If you're set on buying a property, you can pay through bank financing or government housing loans.

Like most people, I also look forward to owning our own house. More than that, if I have millions of money to spend, I would invest in the real estate market, purchase lots and condominium units, build and sell houses, and develop commercial spaces for rent in the future. Well, maybe what I can do for the meantime is to spend time learning more about real estate and understand all transactions associated with it.

Condo Living Benefits

Weeks ago, we get the chance in see my kid's former Preschool Directress and her husband in the condominium clubhouse. They were also considering buying condo units, and hopefully my kids would get to see them again near our place.

Buying or moving in a condominium can be a great alternative for those looking for their next home. My family finds living in a condo unit very convenient. We get to have 24-hour security and we get to enjoy different amenities, from parking spaces, swimming pool, basketball courts, clubhouse, gym, church, and other recreational facilities.

The lack of patio space in every unit is answered by the garden spaces around where residents can sit, relax, play or walk the dogs. We don't have to take care of the lawn or worry about pest control, garbage services and other maintenance. The administration office simply calls for assistance if the outdoor patio furniture repair is needed to make it look like new. Yes, there are few drawbacks but the benefits it provides my family outweighs it all.

There are some condominium units with a small balcony or terrace, just like what my siblings have. The outdoor patio space might be tight, but not much of a big deal since they can make use of smaller outdoor furniture to decorate their balconies. Having this patio furniture creates a haven where they can relax, enjoy the view or eat their morning breakfast.

Wedding Plans

Weeks back, someone asked me for help in their wedding vows. It initially got me excited. Being a romantic-at-heart, writing love letters and poems is something that I used to enjoy. Yet, I never found myself writing a wedding vow for someone. Things got easier when I learned about the brief details about their love story.

I started writing and finished the personalized wedding vow in just a few hours. I can't believe that I've written more than 500-words just for it. It proves one thing - my mind and my heart is still overflowing with sweetness. When I handed the document over, I received a reply that the wedding vow I've written is really heart-warming, sweet and full of love. I still felt great knowing that my work would be part of their special day. I know that their wedding would be perfect.

Everyone wants to have a perfect wedding. If you're planning to get married soon, make sure you prepare a wedding checklist. It includes all the details that you need in your wedding - from the ceremony, the reception, the suppliers and even their guests.

You should also consider including wedding reply cards in your invitation. In this way, guests can send a quick reply aside from the usual RSVP number. Choose a creative theme that fits your wedding theme. These reply cards make you organized your guest list and it serves as a good keepsake as well. Moreover, you should not forget appreciating your wedding guests, people who send you well-wishes and everyone who witnessed your wedding ceremony.

Planning for a wedding is really exciting yet daunting. Making use of a wedding checklist is one key that would help your big day very happy and special. It keeps everything organized and prevents you from forgetting anything.

Retail Store Shopping Convenience

Every time I shop at retail stores, I never fail to notice how the store is laid out and how products are displayed. I always take a look at the items on the display table, the clothes on the mannequins and make my way to the garment racks and display cubes.

Since customers are shopping at an eye-level, it is important that retail store fixtures and displays are appealing for it is more likely to attract customers. How well merchandise is presented or how a store displays are laid out can make customers buy or walk-away. Updating store displays and fixtures allows owners to showcase their merchandise better to your customers. This makes shopping as convenient as possible.

Store owners should take necessary steps to make their store more lucrative to customers. Stunning store displays, attractive presentations and pleasing retail shelving, are important factors for a retail store success.

K-Line Shelf Merchandiser

Those who are planning to renovate their stores can take a look at RetailResource.com. It's the number one source for store supplies and retail store fixtures. They offer display tables and shelves, apparel racks, mannequins, platforms and pedestal, jewelry and accessories rack and many more. They also have sign holders and signage that can help stores to be more efficient. This online shop offers 100% money back guarantee and they even ship worldwide.

Johnny Rockets Unlimited Fries!

My son wants fries and coke!

My sister suggests that we dine at Johnny Rockets located at Eastwood Mall. It's an American hamburger joint that serves unlimited fries!

Entering Johnny Rockets is like traveling back in time. It's clean-white ambiance brings nostalgia of the classic American diner. The place has a functional jukebox that plays cool oldies but goodies hits from the 50's, 60's and 70's. We're seated at one of those tables with "mini jukeboxes," where you just need a one-peso coin to play a song.

They gave my son an activity sheet, a balloon and a cap while waiting for our food.

Since its our first time to try this burger chain, mama and I ordered The Original Hamburger (Php 285). It's a burger with fresh lettuce, ripe tomato, chopped onions, pickle, relish, mustard and mayonnaise. They will ask you how you want your patty cooked - I want mine well done, while mama want her burger patty medium rare.

I'm amazed at the huge serving. The burger is fresh off the grill. It is juicy and tender, and the taste was full. It comes with a generous serving of high-grade medium-cut fries, or if you prefer, you can choose the salad. We love the salad too, as the lettuce is crisp enough.

Johnny Rockets serves ketchup "with a smile". My son gives this happy Smiley Ketchup a thumbs up!

(The Original Hamburger with fries or salad)

My sister ordered a Hot Dog. It's an all-beef hot dog, served with mustard, chopped onions, relish and ketchup. Their unlimited fries is a loader's dream come true! The fries are crisp, not oily and served hot even if you asked for a refill.

(Hotdog with fries)

From time to time, the entire staff - from the waiters to the managers, treat their customers with dance numbers from the 60's and 70's.

It had been a great food experience, except that it took us 2 request before we receive our soda and fries refill (because of 1 unattentive server). Service takes some time and needs to be improved.

Must-Try: Philly Cheese Steak, milkshake, Onion Rings, Route 66

Johnny Rockets is a place where the good times roll, with "rocketful" of foods that makes you say 'Johnny Be Good!'

Winning With Sports book

A sports book is a website where you can place a bet on a contest. You can make a bet on almost anything—football, soccer or any sports team. Chic and Stylish Bathroom

My newly-married sister is now spending time decorating their new condo unit, buying bathroom fixtures and living room accessories, and beautifying their place. They are making sure that each item reflects their personal styles and in return will increase the value of their home.

Nowadays, some people are going for the trendy and innovative home designs and improvements. Some are also staying away from the traditionally bland bathroom interiors. Thus, getting a decorative basin tap, a designer bathtub, an elegant shower enclosure or a designer radiator are being considered as desirable options.

Installing designer radiators into one's bathroom seems interesting as it brings one's bathroom to life! Not only can it enhance and make your bathroom elegant, its also a good place to put your wet, damp towels on.

I wonder if there are already designer radiators available in the Philippines. Anyway, for everyone who needs a bathroom upgrade or considering remodelling ideas, you can opt for designer radiators. Better check a shop that specializes in designer radiators. These are different styles to suit your interior design and fit any bathroom sizes. These will surely make your bathroom stand out and be different.

Cruise The World Away

It's summertime! This is the best season to relax and spend time with family and friends. Taking a vacation should always be fun and memorable. Most people spend their vacations taking a trip around the country or abroad. I haven't been on a cruise and it seems that a cruise holiday is really a good idea.

A voyage through the water has its own charm and charisma. Taking a journey on the sea is magical, and this is one reason why cruise vacations are now becoming a vacation choice for families and individuals alike. Taking a cruise is popular to tourists for they get to visit several places in one cruise. Cruise deals and packages are very convenient for you'll get to enjoy the food, the tour and the accommodation that goes with it without any worries. Your cruise vacation is set and all you have to do is enjoy the experience.

A luxury cruise tour is truly the ultimate vacation experience. You'll get to enjoy all the luxuries available on the cruise ship - from the food, activities, services and entertainment - while getting to visit different places.

If you're planning to take a journey via cruise, all you need to do is decide which cruise tours to take and places to go. It's good to look for various available cruise deals and choose the best one.

A cruise holiday is definitely a fun and enjoyable getaway for the whole family. It's time to see the best of the world.
