Ace Water Spa Pasig

After school, our family decided to visit Ace Water Spa in Pasig City for mama's pre-birthday celebration. We spent hours at trying different Hydrotherapy massages. The kids enjoyed the kid's pool with the elephant slide and the lazy river where they lied down on floating foams.

The Rainfall Acupuncture is my favorite. I love how the raindrops massage different parts of my body while lying down. My daughter loved being there too, while my son enjoyed the Bubble Pool.

The Head and Shoulder Massage, Waist Jet Massage and Jet Chair Massage are great as well. Mom enjoyed the Water Falls massage that much.

We also tried the hot Herbal Pools. Kids below 12 years old are not allowed in this area because of the hot temperature. These hot herbal pools have natural herbs like lavender, jasmine and mint.

After immersing in the hot herbal pool, you have to plunge into the ice cold pool. This is needed to keep the body temperature and heart rate at normal level. Or you can take the Eight Nozzle Shower instead, which is an alternative way of cooling down.

There are also Steam and Sauna rooms which we've tried for just a few seconds.

We left the place before 10 p.m. We really enjoyed our first visit at Ace Water Spa and we're planning of coming back soon. It relaxes and soothes our tired muscles, and we felt great the morning after. 

The different kind of Hydrotherapy Massage experience with its soft, moderate and hard intensities is really therapeutic. You can choose which massages would benefit specific areas of your body.

Fitted swimwear is strictly followed. Swim caps are provided courtesy of Ace. You only need to bring your own bath towel. Toiletries like shampoo, liquid soap, hair dryer, gel, and cotton buds are also provided.

The place has spacious locker room to keep your belongings, shower area and changing area. It is also best to go on a weekday and during the non-peak hours. Cameras are not allowed inside the wet area.

Dolphy, Through The Years

"Through the years, you've never let me down

Dolphy passed away and the whole nation and Filipinos around the world was deeply saddened. The outpour of prayers, posts, tweets, sympathies and tributes for the King of Comedy was tremendous.

I felt touched by the heartwarmingly-tearful eulogy when Zsa Zsa Padilla shares life with Dolphy and sang the song "Through the Years" during ABS-CBN's necrological service.

Dolphy created a profound impact in the Filipinos lives. He brought real laughter and smiles of happiness into our lives for decades. He gave hope during those saddest times. He touched lives not just through his comedic ways, but more through his great character and values.

I respect him for his humility, the talent he shared with the Filipinos and his commitment to his craft. True enough, he was more than a comedy actor.

I symphatize with his family and I join everyone in saying goodbye to Mang Dolphy! May your soul rest in eternal peace.

Saying Goodbye

It's hard to let go of things I've been used to. But sometimes, I have to. I'd rather say goodbye to things than say goodbye to people who means so much to me.

It's time for something new and I have made up my mind. 

I've been used to wearing my hair long and black, but days ago, I said.. " Goodbye long black hair. Hello short colored hair!"

It makes me feel at my best. I'm loving my new look.

Thanks to my hairstylist for recommending the new haircut and color. And of course, to the people whom I'll be mentioning months from now (gotta keep it a secret first).

My family loved my new hair and most friends liked my new look too.

Condo Living Benefits

Weeks ago, we get the chance in see my kid's former Preschool Directress and her husband in the condominium clubhouse. They were also considering buying condo units, and hopefully my kids would get to see them again near our place.

Buying or moving in a condominium can be a great alternative for those looking for their next home. My family finds living in a condo unit very convenient. We get to have 24-hour security and we get to enjoy different amenities, from parking spaces, swimming pool, basketball courts, clubhouse, gym, church, and other recreational facilities.

The lack of patio space in every unit is answered by the garden spaces around where residents can sit, relax, play or walk the dogs. We don't have to take care of the lawn or worry about pest control, garbage services and other maintenance. A clean and pest-free home is always important to our family's health and well-being.

It is always irritating to see insects, rodents and other household pests around. Not only are they troublesome, it can also spread germs, irritate allergies, cause damage to our possessions and make you feel really uncomfortable. Preserve Old Memories

Nowadays, almost everyone owns digital cameras where we can capture every moment in our lives.
