Richwell Trading Warehouse Sale 2010

The Annual Richwell Kidz Kraze sale is still ongoing! Every year, we're always looking forward to this sale event. Good that it wasn't too crowded and we've got to park inside when we dropped by last November 13. Still, lines at the cashier are really long.

Items are more expensive compared to the previous year's sale. Brand new items are at 20% discount like Barbie dolls, Safety 1st bath tubs are V-tech items. These items are also good buys - Megablocks, Step2 kitchen set, Chicco strollers and car seats.

I just bought some Barbie and Hotwheels items. My sister was able to score a new bottle sterilizer for only Php 2,000 and some baby items, while my youngest sister enjoyed her Beados and refill kit.

I saw people hoarding Leap Frog stuffs (obsolete models), Barbie items and clothes, and Hotwheels shirt (which was gone as soon as the boxes are opened, as what my former officemate who now works at Richwell told me.)

We just can't get enough of these sales and we'll be back on December!

Shopping For Prizes

Weeks ago, I was able to claim all these prizes at Summit Media. Carrying all these is like shopping for free!

From Good Housekeeping magazine I got a Sangobion gift pack. It contains Sangobion vitamins (it's an iron supplement), notebooks, pens, note holders, alarm clock, lunch kit, mug and tote bag.

My kids won several prizes from Kzone magazine, Disney princess and Total Girl magazine. My daughter has always been a lucky Kzone girl! It seems like she always win from this magazines every month!

From Kzone, both my kids won a gift pack from Milo. My daughter also won a huge Bearhuggs banana pillow that we all love!

The Philippine 6/55 Grand Lotto winning combination yesterday, November 17 reaches Php 495,597,376.80. It's the the biggest prize in Philippines’ lotto history. But still, no one got the winning combination 53-9-45-24-50-29.

This 6/55 Grand Lotto draws are held every Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. In the past weeks, Filipinos lined up at betting stations, hoping to win the jackpot prize. Unique Halloween Costumes

Two weeks have passed since my kids enjoyed dressing up in their Halloween costumes at their school and at my sister's place at Pasig.

Their unique Halloween costumes made them stand out! My son came as Green Aquaman, my daughter as The Hawk Girl and my youngest sister as The Peanut-Fire Girl. They were all chosen by the judges as the Most Unique Costume for Kinder 1, Grade 1 and Grade 4 respectively.

Three grand awardees were chosen in each category - Scariest Halloween Costume, Funniest Halloween Costume and Most Unique Halloween Costume. These are all the finalist for the Most Unique Halloween Costumes in the preschool level and from Grades 1 to 6.

Even though my kids did not bag the final prizes, these had been another wonderful experience for them.

Good thing, we have not spent anything on these costumes. My husband's cousin was kind enough to lend us these fabulous costumes that her kids wore years ago.
